To guarantee that every product sent to our customers is brand new and 100% hygienic, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an item has been purchased.
We encourage you to review all product specifications, dimensions, and descriptions carefully before making a purchase. If you’re unsure which pillow suits you, our advisors are happy to guide you before you buy—just reach out to us. We are unable to accept returns based on:
Change of mind
Personal preference (e.g., firmness, height, or “not suitable”)
Finding a cheaper price elsewhere
We stand by the quality of our products. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged item (e.g., ripped fabric, manufacturing defect, or wrong color sent), we will replace it free of charge.
Reporting Period: You must notify us within 7Â days of receiving your order.
Process: Please whatsapp us with your order number and clear photos/videos of the defect.
Resolution: Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement of the exact same item.
